EQ is what makes good leaders great. Ready to learn how? We can help.

Emotional Intelligence Matters

Your Emotional Intelligence (EQ) determines your ability to use the vital information that emotions give you to manage conflict, make decisions, create healthy relationships, and increase productivity. We’re here to help you level up your positive impact where it matters most—at work and in your home.

What is
EQ-niversity?

EQ-niversity™ is a virtual cohort of like-minded professionals who want to master their EQ skills. This class provides a 3-step, skills-based approach proven to increase your EQ. What sets EQ-niversity apart from any other training is the EQ Lab. Each lab has one EQ Certified Coach per three students. The coach observes students practicing their skills and provides in-the-moment guidance to the question: “What do I say next?” or “Could I have said that better?” Participants gain confidence to use EQ skills and level up their positive impact in both personal and professional relationships.

Have a question?

  • “I feel honored to have been taught and coached by Juliana Wilhelm. Because of her skills, her dedication and the spirit of her delivery - I have become a better leader. Furthermore, I have experienced personal growth that will be with me the rest of my life.”

    M. ALEXANDER , Executive Director

  • "You will learn a method that helps you quickly understand what's going on with someone beneath the surface, without spending weeks trying to figure it out. You'll gain a proven approach to look beyond the 'no' and the attitude, reaching your team more effectively and with less frustration. This will allow you to come across as a more caring and compassionate leader."

    ALBI , EQ-101 & 201 Alum

  • "Hugely impactful and helpful, both personally and professionally. I've always known there's more to learn and grow with emotional intelligence, but these tools truly help raise awareness and leverage emotions as valuable information. They guide you on what to do with those emotions to improve personal relationships and conversations. It's also been invaluable for self-management, helping me recognize and regulate my own emotions. Doing this is essential to fully empathize with others—and that makes all the difference!"

    KATIE , EQ-101 Alum

  • "As a leader, I used to think I could fix things on my own, just by being given the right tools. But emotional intelligence has taught me that it’s not about fixing—it’s about slowing down, listening, and sitting with someone in their experience. It’s about asking the right questions, waiting with them, and helping them vocalize what’s really going on. It’s about asking, 'What do you need?'"

    CHAD , EQ 101 & 201 Alum

  • "Emotional intelligence became exciting when I realized it allowed me to take better care of myself. The idea that my emotions were actually information to help identify my needs was a complete paradigm shift from how I used to handle them. It took the judgment out of the equation and paved the way to better mental and emotional health."

    PAT , EQ-101 & 201 Alum
